On this tour, I will help you Discover the Highlights of County Cork. I will bring you to places the tour buses don’t get to go to. Having grown up nearby I will show you a few places only the locals know.

A visit to the Magical Blarney Castle, the ancient home of the McCarthy clan. Visit Cork City with its beautiful sights and sounds, Spectacular Kinsale, the culinary capital of Ireland.

Cobh, the rich historical town nestled in Cork harbor. My aim is to make my tour the highlight of your vacation.

Itinerary:

  • Begin at any Cork City hotel or address if arriving by cruise ship, meet at the Annie Moore Statue in Cobh.
  • Blarney Castle: Head straight to Blarney Castle to beat the lines. Climb to the top and kiss the legendary Blarney Stone—it's a must!
  • Cork City Tour: Once you descend, travel to nearby Cork City to explore its famous sights. The English Market (closed Sundays) is a must-see, and St. Finbarre's Cathedral is also top of the list.
  • Lunch in Kinsale: Continue to the historic harbor of Kinsale. Enjoy lunch at one of Kinsale's top-class restaurants and perhaps a beer— you're in Ireland, after all!
  • Return to Cobh: Head back to Cobh to see the White Star Line office, where 123 people boarded the ill-fated Titanic.
  • Heritage Center & St. Colman's Cathedral: Cobh is where 80% of all Irish emigration took place, and the Heritage Center is well worth a visit. St. Colman's Cathedral dominates the Cobh skyline with its bell tower housing 49 bells.
  • End of Tour: Return to pickup location or a location of your choice
